No-Bake Protein Energy Balls

Recipe makes 45 Rolled Balls (1.5 - 2 inches)

Ingredients: 
  • 20 sundried figs
  • 15 Small to Medium-sized Dates
  • 1/2 cup Cashews
  • 1/2 cup Pistachios
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 3/4 cup of Pecan Meal
  • 1/4 cup of coconut flakes
Directions: 
1. Cut up figs and dates, and put in the food processor - pulse until chopped
2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor and blend
3. Remove from the food processor, roll into balls in the coconut flakes
